The milf from Sex Ed was right. Sex doesn’t make you whole. It made sense to me when I watched the show. But I didn’t know it, really. Now I get it. It doesn’t make you whole. You’re whole if you don’t have sex, you’re whole if you do have sex. You’re whole if you want it and you’re whole if it’s the last thing on your mind. Sex isn’t what completes us. It’s not what defines us. It just… is. It’s fun and it’s intense and it’s passionate and it’s trust and pleasure and awkward and sometimes pain and exploration but it doesn’t complete us. It’s a different thing entirely.
